Healing Emotions & Gaining Freedom From Them

Father, we thank you for waking us up this morning and giving us another chance to praise your Holy Name.  We thank you that we get an opportunity to freely come to our Father and talk to him.  Thank you for your amazing unconditional love.  Thank you God that healing is taken place in our lives today.  As you heal us God we need you to come in and be apart of our emotions.  Lord, you are the Healer of the brokenhearted. You declared in your word that you heal the brokenhearted And binds up their wounds [healing their pain and comforting their sorrow] (Psalm 147:3).  Because your word says that you are a Healer and we are healed by Jesus stripes (Isaiah 53:5) heal us God in our emotions.  So that we can live the life you have called us to live from an emotionally healed, healthy and whole place. Lord, you created us to have emotions, but they were never intended to rule over us, so Lord since you made them, we need you to help us to rule over them.  As it says in Psalm 119:133 Establish my footsteps in [the way of] Your word;  Do not let any human weakness have power over me [causing me to be separated from You].  Past hurts have wounded our emotions and negative emotions have been cultivated in us that try and seperate us from you.  So we ask today God for you to deliver us from the negative emotions that resulted from our emotional wounds. Heal us on the the inside so that we may experience emotional health and wholeness in our lives.

Lord, where we need to trust you for our healing, help us to truely walk in trusting you knowing that you withhold no good thing from your children (Psalm 84:11) and let your peace that surpasses all understanding guard our heart and our mind (Philipians 4:7).

Father, we ask in the name of Jesus that You would bind Satan and his demons from using our wounds as a tactic to get our focus off of you.  We decree and declare that enemy will no longer be able to harass or oppress us with our emotional baggage.  Lord, deliver us from the attacks of the enemy through our past emotional wounds. Heal us and cut off every avenue the enemy will try in his ways to use our emotions against us.

Lord, where we have experienced deep emotional wounds, we need you to go down to the root and cut off the cause of the wound so thàt it can no longer grow or take up space.  Father you said you would be the supplier of our needs (Philippians 4:19) so God we need your healing today.  Father, grant us the strength and courage to face the wounds of the past.  We ask that you help us to no longer neglect or suppress the hurt or the pain we feel and empower us to face these things head on and seek you for our healing.   God, we don’t want to allow our past to hurt, hinder, or destroy our future. We ask that you would lead us to forget those things that happened in the past and would press on to the purpose and destiny that you created us for.

Open our eyes to those wounds that still have us bound, hurting producing negative emotions in us.Help us to let go of our painful wounds in a healthy way so you can fill our wounds with more of you.  By Your power, remove the negative emotions we still feel from our past hurts and pain and help us to move onto emotional wholeness in You.  Remove anger, hatred, depression, despair, fear, anxiety, bitterness, resentment, unforgiveness, victim mentalities, unresolved grief and replace it with love, joy, peace, selflessness, forgiveness, patience, courage and victor mentalalities.   Let this cause us to seek you more will all our hearts.  Lord, manifest Your power and grace by healing us from the inside out.  Release your healing into our lives and deliver us from our emotional wounds.  Father, emotional hurts can produce sinful, negative attitudes and behaviors that can hinder and destroy relationships. We ask you to grant emotional healing to us right now.   We pray that You would deal with any sinful attitudes or behaviors in our lives that would hurt, hinder or destroy any of our current or future relationships. Gives us wisdom God of how to build healthy and whole relationships with others. Father,  we ask that you would enable us to confess and repent any sinful responses that we have acted out as result to our emotional wounds.  Help us to not push blame on anyone else for our own actions but let us take full responsibility for our wrongful actions.  Deliver us from harsh, negative defeating attitudes about ourselves.  Cause us to know that there is hope, peace, and healing in you.  Your word says Come unto me all that are weary and heavy laden and I will give you rest” (Matt 11:28).  We have the promise of a special rest for the people of God and we are to strive to enter that rest (Heb 4:11) if we expect the wound to heal correctly. Show us that we can be transformed into more of your likeness.

Lord, help us to forgive those who we have been wonded by and help those we have wounded to forgive us. Convict us in our spirits when we harbor any unforgiveness toward others. By your grace we have been given a gift of freedom from our sin.  And there is no condemnation for those in Christ Jesus.  Lord you are our doctor so we come to be emotionally, spiritually, physically healed by you.

In Jesus Name we ask you that we would experience complete emotional healing.  In Jesus Mighty Name We Pray, Amen!!!

Mind Battle

Lord, we come before you today thanking you for being such an incredible Father to us Lord.  Thank you for providing for us, watching over us, protecting us and loving us just for who are.  We thank you for the forgiveness that you give us, the mercy that you show us and the grace that you freely supply us with daily.  Father we come to you asking you to demolish any lies the enemy manipulated us into believing and any confusion in our lives that his lies caused us to have. Let us be completely clear from this day on God about what the truth is.  The truth is your word and what your word says about us.  We decree and declare today that no outside force will do our thinking for us.  For God your word is our truth and we proclaim that you have given us authority over the enemy so he does not have any authority or power over us, our thoughts or our mind.   So God give us discernment to recognize all the lies the enemy has told us and every lie people have told us about ourselves and expose them as the lies that they are. Lord today in Jesus Name we bind every negative thought, lie and reminder from our past that the enemy has tried to use to keep us in shame, guilt, defeat, doubt, bondage, fear, worry, anxiety, and low self-esteem.  God we forbid the lies from keeping the truth from us, from taking root in us, and from hindering us to go after the call that you have placed on our life.  God, for everytime that the enemy or someone else tries to tell us another lie,  let us remember 2 Corinthians 10:4-5 The weapons of our warfare are not physical [weapons of flesh and blood]. Our weapons are divinely powerful for the destruction of fortresses. We are destroying sophisticated arguments and every exalted and proud thing that sets itself up against the [true] knowledge of God, and we are taking every thought and purpose captive to the obedience of Christ.  Because For our struggle is not against flesh and blood [contending only with physical opponents], but against the rulers, against the powers, against the world forces of this [present] darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly (supernatural) places [Ephesians 6:12].  And Lord let us not be double minded and unstable in our ways. For today  is the day that we evict satan from any place that we have given him in our mind and our thoughts.  Fill the places God in our mind where we need more of you.  And where we need to have better thoughts help us to take our thoughts captive and replace them with thoughts and praise to you.

God give us your grace and by the power of the Holy Spirit help us to get free from any thoughts that don’t line up with your word and overcome any lies that we have believed that stopped us from hoping for and living in the incredible abundant life that Jesus died for.

Where we might still have some remnants of our old mindset let us remind ourselves of what your word says in Ephesians 4:22-24 That, regarding your previous way of life, you put off your old self [completely discard your former nature], which is being corrupted through deceitful desires,  and be continually renewed in the spirit of your mind [having a fresh, untarnished mental and spiritual attitude], and put on the new self [the regenerated and renewed nature], created in God’s image, [godlike] in the righteousness and holiness of the truth [living in a way that expresses to God your gratitude for your salvation]. And do not be conformed to this world [any longer with its superficial values and customs], but be transformed and progressively changed [as you mature spiritually] by the renewing of your mind [focusing on godly values and ethical attitudes], so that you may prove [for yourselves] what the will of God is, that which is good and acceptable and perfect [in His plan and purpose for you] [Romans 12:2].  We believe God that you live in us and your word is working through us and we thank you for the power of change that is coming into destroy old mindsets, self sabotaging behaviors and bad habits.  We renounce any negative thinking and fix our minds on your word God.  Setting our minds and keeping focused habitually on the things above and not on things that are on the earth [Colossians 3:2].  Philippians 4:6-9 Do not be anxious or worried about anything, but in everything [every circumstance and situation] by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, continue to make your [specific] requests known to God. And the peace of God [that peace which reassures the heart, that peace] which transcends all understanding, [that peace which] stands guard over your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus [is yours].  Finally, believers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable and worthy of respect, whatever is right and confirmed by God’s word, whatever is pure and wholesome, whatever is lovely and brings peace, whatever is admirable and of good repute; if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think continually on these things [center your mind on them, and implant them in your heart]. The things which you have learned and received and heard and seen in me, practice these things [in daily life], and the God [who is the source] of peace and well-being will be with you.  Lord help us to keep our minds committed and focused on you for we know that you will keep us in perfect peace [Isaiah 26:3].  Lord we thank you that you have already given us the victory in the battle of our mind and over our thoughts.  So from this moment forward help us God to fill our mind with good, pure, wholesome, and lovely thoughts.

In Jesus Name We Pray, Amen!!!

Healing Hearts

Oh Heavenly Father we come to you today and just Thank you for waking us up healthy and whole. Thank you Lord for all that you have given us. We also want to just Thank You for your incredible grace and mercy that you give to us daily. Lord, we give our hearts to you today in every way, including the broken places in us. Lord we come to your thrown boldy God not just asking for our hearts to be healed but that every part of our very being is healed from the inside out. From the top of our heads to the souls of our feet that we are healed by Jesus Christ because you said in your word that we are healed by Jesus stripes so Lord you first called us healed so God we are expecting today that you help us to think from a healed mind, love from a healed heart and that our actions God would be in complete alignment of the steps that you have already ordered for our lives. We declare your authority over our hearts, for you made our hearts and you have redeemed our hearts. Lord just as it says in Psalm 26:2 test me Lord, and try me, examine my heart and my mind. Lord, where our minds and hearts are not one with you or your desires God, quickly make us aware and help us to do whatever will get us back in alignment so that we can do whatever is pleasing to you. [Psalm 10:17] O Lord, you hear the desire of the afflicted; you will strengthen their heart; you will incline your ear. So Lord hear this prayer today. In the places God where our hearts are weakened from our past let us do as it says in Proverbs 4:23 Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it. Lord let your peace which surpasses all understanding guard our hearts and mind. Let our hearts not be hardened toward you, ourselves or anyone else but let our hearts be softened so that we can [Ephesians 4:32] Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, as God in Christ forgave us.

Lord help us where we lack passion for you and your word, ignite us with a fire that burns deeply and only for you. Let us store up your word in our hearts God so that we might not sin against you. [Hebrews 4:12] For the word of God is living and active, sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing to the division of soul and of spirit, of joints and of marrow, and discerning the thoughts and intentions of the heart. Help us [Proverbs 3:5] Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on our own understanding. Even when we don’t understand why something has happened or what your reasonings are God, let our hearts not be troubled and let us not be afraid of the unknown and still continue to trust in you. [Hebrews 10:22] Let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, with our hearts sprinkled clean from an evil conscience and our bodies washed with pure water. As we draw close to you, draw even closer to us God. Because it is says in you word [Psalm 34:18] The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit. So God today where ever our hearts are wounded or wherever we might be crushed in spirit God let us do like it says in Psalm 27:14 Wait for the Lord, be strong, and let your heart take courage; wait for the Lord! As humans sometimes it seems hard to wait because we become so impatient, so God even as we wait on you we need you to (Psalm 51:10) Create in us a pure heart, O God, and renew a steadfast spritit within us. Fill us up with more of you and less of ourselves. Lord we invite you into our emotions, memory, broken places and we give you permission to have complete access to our whole heart even the wholes God that only you can fill.

As we walk in a healed heart God, guide us to the love as your word describes in 1 Corinthians 13:4-7 Love is patient and kind. Love is not jealous or boastful or proud or rude. It does not demand its own way. It is not irritable, and it keeps no record of being wronged. It does not rejoice about injustice but rejoices whenever the truth wins out. Love never gives up, never loses faith, is always hopeful, and endures through every circumstance. Lord, through out this week remind us of the incredible love that you have for us and the kind of love that we should show toward each other. [Psalm 19:14] May these words of my mouth and this meditation of my heart be pleasing in your sight, Lord, my Rock and my Redeemer. [Psalm 97:11] Light is sown for the righteous, and joy for the upright in heart. So let us walk in the joy of the Lord as our hearts become one with yours.

In Jesus Might Name We Pray, Amen!!!

Living In Freedom

Lord we thank you for today and the opportunity you have given us to become free from what has held us captive.  If we are not aware of what is holding us in bondage in our lives, Lord make us so aware of it in a way that we know it is you telling us where we are enslaved and need to be free. Lord you said in your word, that your sheep know your voice.  So speak to us today if we are bondage and don’t know it.  Show us what we need to see in order for us to walk in the freedom that you have already given us.  Like you said in Galatians 5:1 It is for freedom that Christ has set us free.  Stand firm, then, and do not let yourselves be burdened again by a yoke of slavery.  Help us to walk more in your Spirit and less in our flesh.  Romans 8:5 (AMP) For those who are according to the flesh and are controlled by its unholy desires  set their minds on and pursue those things which gratify the flesh, but those who are according to the Spirit set their minds on and seek those things which gratify the Holy Spirit.  God we need you in order to be able to walk in your Spirit, so that we may set our minds and actions on things that are pleasing to you.  Lord help us to turn over what ever it is that is weighing us down, keeping us in the dark or hindering us from moving into the incredible life that you have for us.  Lord as we walk in this week let us cast our burdens on you, releasing the weight of it and know that you will sustain us.  Lord you will never allow the consistenly righteous to be moved, slip, fall or fail as your word says in psalm 55:22.  Because God you are our refuge and strength an ever-present help in trouble as it says in Psalm 46:1.  Let us do as it says in Isaiah 43:18-19 Do not remember the former things, or ponder the things of the past. God guide us in taking our thoughts captive and meditating on what your word says about us day and night.  Fill us God with more of you and less of ourselves.  Lord as we overcome being free in whatever area we are struggling in or that you bring awareness of where we need to get free from let us do as it say in Philipians 3:13-14 I do not consider that I have made it my own yet; but one thing I do: forgetting what lies behind and reaching forward to what lies ahead, I press on toward the goal to win the [heavenly] prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.  Help us God to not allow anything we are currently going through or anything from our past to entangle us in shackles, chains or bondages.  We pray that every wall is torn down that we have put up  to protect ourselves from things or people, and we give you complete authority over our protection from people, things and situations that are out of our control.   Free us from what others have said about us,  or what we think they thought about us.  Free us from the approval that we sometimes feel we need from others and free us from caring about the dispproval that people give us in my acts of obedience to what you have called us to do.  Lord let us not walk anymore enslaved to anything or anyone but you.  Lord as your word says in John 14:27 Let your perfect peace calm me in every circumstance and give me courage and strength for every challenge. But Lord let us walk in today as a new creature that you have made me to be as it says in 2 Corinthians 5:17-18 Therefore if anyone is in Christ [that is, grafted in, joined to Him by faith in Him as Savior], he is a new creature [reborn and renewed by the Holy Spirit]; the old things [the previous moral and spiritual condition] have passed away. Behold, new things have come [because spiritual awakening brings a new life]. But all these things are from God, who reconciled us to Himself through Christ [making us acceptable to Him] and gave us the ministry of reconciliation [so that by our example we might bring others to Him].  Lord help us to pass on what you have taught us in seeking you and our own freedom to help someone else in bondage.  Let us from this day walk in the new life that you have given us through us finding freedom in you.  For we know God that all things are working together for our good to them that love God according to Romans 8:28.  As you mold us and every situation and circumstance to work together for our benefit help us to not be anxious about anything but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving present our request to you and the peace of God which transcends all understanding will guard our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus as it says in Philippians 4:6-7.  For Lord we know you hear the prayers of the righteous and you said that if two of you on earth agree about anything they ask for, it will be done for them by my Father in heaven.  So God we are calling on you because we need you to help us walk in total freedom today.  Convict us in our spirit if you have revealed to us what has us in bondage and we are still walking in slavery to it.  Keep reminding us Holy Spirit that we are new creatures and we are no longer enslaved to our past, present or future.  Let everything in our life be in complete alignment with your word, your ways and your will for our lives.  May these words of my mouth and this meditation of my heart be pleaseing in your sight Lord, my Rock and my Redeemer as it says in Psalm 19:14. We thank you God for your incredible steadfast love that never ceases, your mercies never to an end, they are new every morning; great is your faithfullness as your word says in Lamentations 3:22-23.  We love you and appreciate all you do.  In Jesus Mighty Name, Amen!!!

I Wanna Be Free

As we have entered into a new year, something that I have noticed about myself is that I am not as free as I thought I was. Not that I felt like I had it all together, because I know I don’t and I’m still a work in progress. I just hadn’t realized that my past still has some chains holding me down. There is still parts of my past that I am allowing to hold me back and hinder me from moving forward into the incredible life God has for me. Sometimes as you go on living life, it will be revealed to you what things, people or situations that you’re still allowing to control you and what you believe about yourself. Those things can have you believing things about yourself that are lies. Which inhibits you to live and act as if you are not free. If God didn’t say it or it doesn’t line up with what God would say about you, then it’s a lie. Don’t allow the negative things others have said or done change the way you choose to live your life. 1 Peter 2:16 (AMP) [Live} as free people, [yet] without employing your freedom as a pretext for wickedness; but [live at all times] as servants of God.  Once I became aware that I was still bound I began to have the desire to want to be free. Free from the thoughts of my past, free from the negative emotions it causes me to feel and free to be me with not having to feel like I have explain anything to anyone. Free in the Webster dictionary means release from captivity, confinement, or slavery. Not bound, confined, or detained by force. Capable of moving or turning in any direction. It says in Galatians 5:1 In [this] freedom Christ has made us free [and completely liberated us]; stand fast then, and do not be hampered and held ensnared and submit again to a yoke of slavery [which you have put off].  I needed to come to the realization that Jesus died so that I would be free. That means I would be free from anything that bound or enslaved me.

The word Freedom in the Webster dictionary means the power or right to act, speak, or think as one wants without hindrance or restraint. The state of not being imprisoned or enslaved. Liberation from slavery or restraint or from the power of another. God’s word says in John 8:36 (AMP) So if the Son liberates you [makes you free men], then you are really and unquestionably free.  I learned I needed to walk in freedom because God’s word says I am free. In order to walk in that freedom I had to learn how to lay my burdens on the cross. Everything that has had me in bondage and enslaved me, I must lay it down and give it over to God. It is a new year, it is the right time and a new season to put it on the cross and leave it there, never to pick it up to carry it again. Letting go of it all and turning it over to Jesus who said in Matthew 11:28-30 “Come to me, all you who are wary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and burden is light.”  He already paid the cost when he went to the cross. It says in Romans 8:1-5 (MSG) With the arrival of Jesus, the Messiah, that fateful dilemma is resolved. Those who enter into Christ’s being-here-for-us no longer have to live under a continuous, low-lying black cloud. A new power is in operation. The Spirit of life in Christ, like a strong wind, has magnificently cleared the air, freeing you from a fated lifetime of brutal tyranny at the hands of sin and death. God went for the jugular when he sent his own Son. He didn’t deal with the problem as something remote and unimportant. In his Son, Jesus, he personally took on the human condition, entered the disordered mess of struggling humanity in order to set it right once and for all. The law code, weakened as it always was by fractured human nature, could never have done that. The law always ended up being used as a Band-Aid on sin instead of a deep healing of it. And now what the law code asked for but we couldn’t deliver is accomplished as we, instead of redoubling our own efforts, simply embrace what the Spirit is doing in us.  So many times we tell God we are giving this over to Him and then we go back and pick it up like we couldn’t trust him to carry the burden for us. We think we have the power to fix it all by ourselves. Well it says in Romans 8:6-8 (MSG) Those who think they can do it on their own end up obsessed with measuring their own moral muscle but never get around to exercising it in real life. Those who trust God’s action in them find that God’s Spirit is in them—living and breathing God! Obsession with self in these matters is a dead end; attention to God leads us out into the open, into a spacious, free life. Focusing on the self is the opposite of focusing on God. Anyone completely absorbed in self ignores God, ends up thinking more about self than God. That person ignores who God is and what he is doing. And God isn’t pleased at being ignored. Those burdens are heavy and it cost us a lot when we don’t truly allow God to carry them for us. It cost us joy, happiness, peace, freedom and so many other things including blessings that we miss out on because we are so focused on the burden and trying to fix it ourselves that we forget that we already have the solution to the burden who is Jesus Christ. Whatever you are still burdened with leave it with God and pray to Him to help you to not pick it back up again so that you can live in total freedom.

When Jesus went to heaven, God gave us the Holy Spirit to dwell in us. God lives in each one of us because we have the Holy Spirit. For it says in 2 Corinthians 3:17 (AMP) Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty (emancipation from bondage, freedom).  Since the Holy Spirit lives in us and wherever God is there is freedom, than all we have to do is walk in this freedom. God gave us freedom and He lives in us to help us walk in the freedom that He gave us. So everyday we should be walking in the assurance of the freedom God gave us. We have to learn to walk in the Spirit. Galatians 5:16-17 (AMP) But I say, walk habitually in the [Holy] Spirit [seek Him and be responsive to His guidance], and then you will certainly not carry out the desire of the sinful nature [which responds impulsively without regard for God and His precepts]. For the sinful nature has its desire which is opposed to the Spirit, and the [desire of the] Spirit opposes the sinful nature; for these [two, the sinful nature and the Spirit] are in direct opposition to each other [continually in conflict], so that you [as believers] do not [always] do whatever [good things] you want to do.  So in order to walk in the Holy Spirit we have to seek God and allow the Holy Spirit to guide us. In order to walk in the Spirit, we can’t be trying to do what we want, but we need to be doing what God wants us to do. Galatians 5:25 (AMP) If we [claim to] live by the [Holy] Spirit, we must also walk by the Spirit [with personal integrity, godly character, and moral courage—our conduct empowered by the Holy Spirit].  Every day we must walk in the Spirit in our thoughts and through our actions by using God’s word. Alistair Begg said “When we become captive to the Word of God, then we discover true freedom.”

God gave me this word so that I could become free and let all of you know that you can become free too. Isaiah 61:1 (AMP) The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me, becasuse the Lord has anointed and qualified me to preach the Gospel of good tidings to the meek, the poor, and afflicted; He has sent me to bind up and heal the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the [physical and spiritual] captives and the opening of the prison and of the eyes to those who are bound.  Just as much as I want to be free and live free, I desire that very much for you also. No longer allowing yourself or the way that you live your life bound from anything of this world. Jesus went to the cross so that you would be free. God’s word says that you are free. So you are free to walk in the freedom that has been given to you. Galatians 5:13-14 (AMP) For you, brethren, were [indeed] called to freedom; only [do not let your] freedom be an incentive to your flesh and an opportunity or excuse [for selfishness], but through love you should serve one another. For the whole Law [concerning human relationships] is complied with in the one precept, You shall love your neighbor as [you do] yourself.  As you walk in freedom from this day on from whatever had you bound, be sure to ask God to reveal to you someone who needs help walking in freedom too.

Steps to be free:
Come to the realization I needed to be free
Have the desire to be free
Seek God for freedom and what His word say about your freedom
Put into action how to live in total freedom
Help someone else become free after I have walked in freedom myself

Prayer:
Lord we thank you for today and the opportunity you have given us to become free from what has held us captive. If we are not aware of what is holding us in bondage in our lives, Lord make us so aware of it in a way that we know it is you telling us where we are enslaved and need to be free. Show us what we need to see in order for us to walk in the freedom that you have already given us. Let us do as it says in Isaiah 43:18-19 Do not remember the former things, or ponder the things of the past.  God guide us in taking our thoughts captive and meditating on what your word says about us day and night. Fill us God with more of you and less of ourselves. Lord as we overcome being free in whatever area we are struggling in or that you bring awareness of where we need to get free from let us do as it say in Philipians 3:13-I4 do not consider that I have made it my own yet; but one thing I do: forgetting what lies behind and reaching forward to what lies ahead, I press on toward the goal to win the [heavenly] prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.  Help me God to not allow anything I am currently going through or anything from my past to entangle me in shackles, chains or bondages. I pray that every wall is torn down that I have put to protect myself from things or people, and I give you complete authority over my protection from people, things and situations that are out of my control. Free me from what others have said about me, or what I think they thought about me. Free me from the approval that I sometimes feel I need from others and free me from caring about the dispproval that people give me in my acts of obedience to what you have called me to do. Lord let me not walk anymore enslaved to anything or anyone but you. Lord as your word says in John 14:27 Let your perfect peace calm me in every circumstance and give me courage and strength for every challenge.  But Lord let me walk in today as a new creature that you have made me to be as it says in 2 Corinthians 5:17-18 Therefore if anyone is in Christ [that is, grafted in, joined to Him by faith in Him as Savior], he is a new creature [reborn and renewed by the Holy Spirit]; the old things [the previous moral and spiritual condition] have passed away. Let everything in our life be in complete alignment with your word, your ways and your will for our lives. We love you and appreciate all you do. In Jesus Mighty Name, Amen!!!
